Success is my right

People often ask that success is difficult for reached. So we must attempt hardly if we want to be able to reach it. Success is my right, it is always asked by Andrie Wongso at his books, training, and so on. I always listen to classical motivation story from CD audio book by Andrie Wongso everyday if there is free time. I am given big motivation for always attempt to reach my mission. There is no indeed success with out failure. Andrie wongso is success person; he never studied at junior high school, senior high school and university. He has high enthusiasm to knowledge, he studies it with autodidact. He has high motivation to keep going forward. He ever became actor in Taiwan in fact before he became actor there he is poor whose has big motivation to keep going forward.
So he is rich person now and motivator no. 1 in Indonesia. It’s so fantastic with his big motivation, he can change his life. Every people can be success and can reach their mission. I believe that God don’t create creature not success. But they make their self is not success, if there is a will there is away. Every people have opportunity become success. It’s important how we can get it. Don’t be afraid if we had been failure. I once listen to story one of classical motivation story that we must always attempt hardly to reach our dream. There is a story about adam khoo. He is smart and success, he has forth big businesses. He is from Singapore. But formerly he was stupid student. He always got bad value in his school. It’s clearly he was very stupid student, he ever drop out from his school. When he aged 13 year, he delivered to Ernest Wong, he study to use accelerate learning technology, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and whole Brain Learning.
After that learning, he changed drastic; he believed that he can. He had belief if other person can get A in study, he believed that he also can got A. He studied hardly, he had target, he had to get all value A in study. After it he wanted to continue senior high school in Victoria Junior College (the best senior high school in Singapore) after he finished his study at Victoria Junior College, he would continue at National Singapore of University. It’s fantastic all target can be reached. At NUS he was genius student there, he came in Talent Development Program. How stupid student became genius student. Because he had big belief, if he can gets it all. So we must belief with our self that we can do any thing for success. If there is a will there is away. If we attempt hardly we can reach our mission. Many hindrances which we must face but we must ready face it all.

How makes good Leadership?!?

May be we often hear the word leader and the leadership. I have some questions about the leader and the leadership. We will begin with first question, what is the word leadership? And second, what must a leader have type of the charismatic leader? Before we discuss about second question we will answer first question. Good leadership will makes good organization. Actually I have found answer in the literate that the word leadership can refer to: First, Those entities that perform one or more acts of leading. Second, The ability to affect human behavior so as to accomplish a mission. Third, influencing a group of people to move towards its goal setting or goal achievement (Stogdill 1950:3). So with that we know that leadership is very important in strategy and influencing in the organization. Organization can be good or bad depend on leader policy. In Indonesia experience leadership crisis. Many people fought for a seat in leader but when have got it, they forget their responsible.
We will be back with second question what is type of the charismatic leadership is very important. So the charismatic leader (Weber, 1905) leads by infusing energy and eagerness into their team members. This type of leader has to be committed to the organization for the long run. If the success of the division or project is attributed to the leader and not the team, charismatic leaders may become a risk for the company by deciding to resign for advanced opportunities. It takes the company time and hard work to gain the employees' confidence back with other type of leadership after they have committed themselves to the magnetism of a charismatic leader.
Third, how makes good leadership especially in the organization? An individual who is appointed to a managerial position has the right to command and enforce obedience by virtue of the authority of his position. However, he must possess adequate personal attributes to match his authority, because authority is only potentially available to him. In the absence of sufficient personal competence, a manager may be confronted by an emergent leader who can challenge his role in the organization and reduce it to that of a figurehead. However, only authority of position has the backing of formal sanctions. It follows that whoever wields personal influence and power can legitimize this only by gaining a formal position in the hierarchy, with commensurate authority. (Henry P. Knowles; Borje O. Saxberg 1971) Leadership can be defined as one's ability to get others to willingly follow every organization needs leaders at every level (The Top 10 Leadership Qualities).

Power of Writing

Writing is very important. By writing, writers may get something beneficial. Why not, writing we can transfer knowledge to other people. After someone have read book, He can write something from what he read and his experience. So it makes our memory strong. As according to Dr. Pannebaker the benefits of writing is: to make clear the though, to solve trauma, to help get and to memorize new information, to help solve problem, and last to help when we are forced to write. But why many friends don’t want to write if writing has many benefits. It is because is difficult, or we don’t have experience about writing. But if we know that writing is easy, don’t be afraid if we have many mistakes when writing. Study is a process.
Karen Armstrong, he is a big writer. Books of Karen Armstrong had earth-shaking his name A History of God (1993) and it was translate into many languages. But before he became a writer, he had a bad experience when he was still young. He ever lived in obey. He had lived there for seven years; he felt like to live in the prison. He experience a terrible life after he got out from obey, it’s caused by his diseases. When he was a permanent teacher, he had got out of his job as a teacher. He tried to kill him self. He tried to consult a doctor about his illness. After he recovered from his illness, but not 100 percent, he tried to embrace the world of spiritual which it had lost. After that he wrote a book, entitled, A History of God. Fantastic, His life changed quickly.
When we send our writing to news paper publisher example: Jawa pos, Kompas, Sindo, etc. We can get some money. We need to study journalistic before, because if we want to write well we have to write everyday. Make motivation that writing is good, and mach knowledge can be obtained. Actually there are many successful stories. In Indonesia still there less are good books, we import books from abroad. It’s good, but it’s better if we produce good books from Indonesian writers. When we produce good books which will be appropriate to international standard. This country will be known by other countries. I always think that in 2010 for developed countries and 2020 for developing country must face trade liberalization. In the globalization era, what must we do? We must develop our skill.
